I am in desperate need of help. Things are getting worse by the day.  I have always helped others (thats what started this mess incurring medical bills from an ex), work fundraisers for St Jude now I need help and there is none.  I have no family..only child, mother deceased father hasnt spoken to me in 12 years and wants me to lose everything.  Public assistance cannot help because I "own" a home and vehicle.  They dont consider mortgage or car payments I guess.

My mortgage became adjustable in Oct and went from $850/mo to $1250, I started to fall behind and behind on property taxes which they paid and now escrowed my mortgage. payments are now $1650/mo nothing included..I couldnt afford that when I was working.

I lost my job in January due to the economy and Unemployment pays $289/wk.  I am falling farther and farther behind daily.  Attempted to refinance but cant with bad credit, and no income. Tried modification and was ripped off my 2 agencies..now I am out $2200 and no help. Foreclosure has begun.  I need serious dental work done but cannot afford it, I am now clinically depressed and will lose everything.

I am looking for a loan not a hand out.  $180,000 would pay off my mortgage and get them off my back and a little extra for dental work (I owe $178,000).  I can afford up $700-800/mo as a repayment.  I have lost everything else in my life I cannot lose my health and my home too.
